Using GCIS and GCIS Junior for the BRIDGE Act
Your school can use the Georgia Career Information System (GCIS) and Georgia Career
Information System Junior (GCIS Junior) to fulfill the requirements of the BRIDGE
Act. The Georgia Career Information Center is committed to providing you with the
support and necessary tools to meet your BRIDGE Act obligation in a timely manner.
In partnership with the Georgia Department of Education, the Georgia Career Information
Center is working to implement a user-friendly administrative option to enable you
to transmit your documentation.

House Bill 400: Building Resourceful Individuals to Develop Georgia's Economy Act
(BRIDGE Act)
The General Assembly of Georgia enacted the BRIDGE Act House Bill 400 on May 20, 2010.
This act was passed to ensure that Georgia’s 6th -12th grade students are aware
of available career and postsecondary education options. Please click on the following
