GCIS Training View the current training schedule for GCIS. Tip
o' the OUTLOOKWhere does the wage and employment information in GCIS come from? GCIS gets its wage and employment information from the Georgia and U.S. Department of Labor. Sometimes, GCIS adds 'popular' occupations such as Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Anesthetists to its occupation list. DOL does not collect wage and employment information for all of the popular occupations. Therefore, GCIS reports DOL's information for the occupation that is most related. In the case of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Anesthetists, GCIS reports the wage and employment information for Registered Nurses. |
